This Ceiling Kit is used to suspend a Ladder Rack from the ceiling. The recommended spacing is 5 feet (1.5 m) between kits. The Ceiling Kit contains (2) brackets and (4) nuts for mounting rods (available separately) to the ceiling and to the rack.
