Our Commitment to Community
We live and work in amazing communities, full of creative, compassionate individuals and breathtaking natural beauty. Taking care of those treasures—and the organizations that preserve and protect them—matters a great deal to the Connection family. Our company-wide social giving program, Connection Cares, empowers employees to make a difference. With offices across the country, our team assists local and national non-profit organizations through donations, sustainability initiatives, and community engagement. Whether it’s supporting the arts, the environment, or charities, our employees lead the way with volunteerism and a commitment to community that make us proud to call Connection home. It’s who we are as a company—and, more importantly, who our employees are as people.

In the News: Stories from Our Volunteers
Even in these trying times, it’s easy to lose sight of how fortunate we are. A shared meal with loved ones somehow seems to mean more today than it did just a few short months ago. Meals are a time to reflect, to appreciate what we have, and—most importantly—to keep ourselves healthy. Everyone should have access to enjoyable, nutritious food, but that’s not always the case.

This Is Our Connection.
Distance may change how we work, but it doesn’t change who we are and how we find connection. Our world shifted rapidly around us, and suddenly our teams were miles apart. We know that by staying at home and social distancing, we’re flattening the curve and helping the brave people working in our hospitals while also easing the burden on our healthcare system. Isolation may be hard, but we remember that—in doing so—we’re doing good.
