The Vertiv Geist VP7UA001 is a switched outlet level monitored rack power distribution unit (rPDU). It is an 80A, 240/415V WYE, 0U, vertical rPDU with input and outlet level power monitoring, and outlet level switching. The 36 Combination C13/C19 outlets with hardwired input providing 57.6kW of power capacity. The switched rPDU allows you to turn off outlets to avoid accidental overloads and remotely power cycle equipment to reboot unresponsive critical IT equipment. The hot-swappable Interchangeable Monitoring Device (IMD) provides unit level monitoring, serial communication, and environmental monitoring. The dual Ethernet ports simplify multiple-PDU management with fault-tolerant daisy chaining or IP aggregation capabilities. These CE-marked rPDUs meet important requirements for data centers and are individually tested for functionality and reliability.
