This 2-Year IBM ServicePac offers 9x5xNext Business Day Onsite Repair service. With this service plan, a service technician is scheduled to arrive at the customer's location for equipment repair within the next business day after remote problem determination is completed. IBM provides service from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone, Monday through Friday excluding IBM holidays. Parts and labor are included.

IBM performs hardware problem determination to the component level. For non-IBM components, the customer must provide the replacement part and IBM will provide the labor to replace it. If IBM has a Technical Support Agreement with the manufacturer, procurement and cost of the replacement part may also be included.

The service period begins with the product warranty, and includes the original limited product warranty period. This service must be purchased with the product or at any time during the original product warranty period - the service cannot be prorated, refunded or transferred. This ServicePac must be activated after purchase in order to use the service.
