The Cat5 Cross-Connect Wire from Black Box uses a unique "webbing" manufacturing process that binds conductors of twisted-pair cable to maintain consistent conductor spacing. Pair twists won't come loose during installation, and the cable exceeds TIA/EIA Cat5 specs. It's made of 24 AWG copper and is best suited in wiring closet applications.
