Thanks to the Arctic Temperature Control, AXIS Q8665-E can safely start up and operate in temperatures as low as -40°C/°F and up to 55°C/131°F. The pan functionality is quick (100 degrees/second) as well as the tilt (40 degrees/second), making the guard tour capability a reliable surveillance aid to operator that need to monitor a vast area.
Video analytics:
AXIS Q8665-E supports gatekeeper functionality, which enables the camera to automatically move to a preset position when motion is detected in a pre-defined area and then track the detected object. AXIS Video Motion Detection 3.1 is also supported by AXIS Q8665-E and it enables detection in variable lighting conditions and works for installations such as parking lots and unattended shop areas.
