Axis A1810-B door controller from Axis Communications consolidates access control for small to medium facilities with support for up to 8 doors and up to 16 OSDP readers. It offers PoE+ power and Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45 connectivity alongside serial RS-485 and Wiegand interfaces, 16 inputs/outputs and 2 relays for flexible device integration. The unit accepts DIN rail or wall mounting and provides tamper detection for installed security.
Built-in security features include TLS 1.2, TLS 1.3, EAP-TLS, Secure Shell authentication, Axis Edge Vault, secure boot, and signed firmware to safeguard credentials and communications. The controller stores up to 250000 events and 250000 credentials, includes 2 GB flash and 512 MB RAM, complies with industry standards such as IEEE 802.1x and IEC/EN/UL 62368-1, and operates from -40 °C to 55 °C with 10 - 85% RH non-condensing humidity.
