The Cat6 Patch Cable without boots has no strain relief or RJ45 clip protection but the lack of both of these feature prove it to be very effective when installing into high density patch panels. The cable is able to bend at the crimp point allowing the most flexibility possible within the rack. Also the lack of snagless covering makes it very easy to disengage the cable from the patch panel itself. Making those hard to reach places very easy to access.
