Email Reputation Services stop up to 80 percent of spam at its source - before it can hit the gateway and flood messaging security. By verifying the IP address of incoming mail against the world's largest, most trusted reputation database of known spam sources, Email Reputation Services block the majority of spam with the Standard service.

Email Reputation Services are integrated with a number of Trend Micro's messaging security solutions to provide an outer layer of security that greatly reduces spam's impact on the gateway, allowing messaging security to run at optimal efficiency. Email Reputation Services are also complementary to all leading Mail Transfer Agents (MTA), as well as most secondary MTAs and many firewall products.

As the only reputation solution with an administrative console, Email Reputation Services provides a simple interface for the creation and management of allowed sender IP lists and blocked sender IP lists. Lists can be created based on individual IP addresses or entire IP blocks, by selecting entire countries, and/or ISPs. Individual usage reports provide detailed information on current spam sources, including volume and trends by country and network operator, equipping administrators to modify the service to meet the unique requirements of their organization.
