Enable Better.”, reflects our commitment to responsible business practices that create long-term value for our customers, partners, communities, and stakeholders.We are proud to have earned an EcoVadis Bronze Medal in 2025, placing us in the top 35% of organizations globally and marking a 25% year-over-year improvement in our sustainability rating. We also advanced our CDP Climate Change score from C to B-, demonstrating strengthened climate governance and transparency. Connection was also recognized as an HP FY26 Amplify Impact Sustainability Sales Leader, highlighting our commitment to advancing sustainable business practices. These achievements underscore our dedication to continuous improvement and external validation of our progress.

Environmental
At Connection, sustainability is central to our business strategy. In 2025, we strengthened climate governance and transparency, completing our annual comprehensive greenhouse gas inventory aligned with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. Our total emissions were 591,480 mt CO₂e, with over 99% from Scope 3 activities. We are working towards enhancing data quality and supplier engagement to enable more accurate, product-level carbon footprint reporting.We increased renewable electricity use to over 1,000 MWh, modernized facilities and IT infrastructure, and prioritized energy efficiency. As a result our Scope 1 and 2 market-based emissions decreased 10.8% year over year. Our circularity efforts resulted in recycling 256 tons of material, processing 36,000 IT asset disposition units, and returning nearly 78,000 depot-completed units to inventory. Through energy-efficient IT solutions, lifecycle management, and secure recycling services, we help customers reduce their environmental impact and contribute to a more sustainable technology ecosystem.

Through six active Employee Resource Groups and counting, targeted leadership development, and participation in the UN Global Compact SDG Ambition Accelerator, we are creating an environment where everyone feels valued. Our commitment extends to the communities we serve. In 2025, Connection employees volunteered more than 3,000 hours and supported over 56 charitable organizations. Through Connection Cares and technology donations, we help strengthen communities locally and globally, reflecting our belief that sustainable business reaches beyond our operations.
Governance
At Connection, strong governance underpins our sustainability strategy. Our Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team oversee the integration of sustainability into business strategy, supported by standing committees and regular ESG briefings that help us address emerging risks and opportunities.We promote a culture of ethics, transparency, and accountability. All team members complete Code of Business Conduct and Ethics training, and clear, anonymous reporting channels are available for raising concerns. Our compliance framework and regular risk assessments help maintain strong standards across the business.
Data protection and trust are essential to our governance approach. We maintain strong privacy and security standards, including SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications, and apply privacy-by-design principles throughout our operations. Customer and employee feedback also supports continuous improvement and accountability.
