RMAs on defective HPI printers and scanners (not supplies) can only be issued after the customer has called HP and has attempted troubleshooting the issue and obtained a valid case number. Corporate/Business users should call 1-800-334-5144. Consumer and home office users should call 1-800-HPINVENT (474-6836). Customers with missing components should also contact HP first for a resolution. Returned products must be shipped to Connection in its original HP external/internal boxes and packaging. Should this product arrive in a condition other than described, or if it stops functioning within the first 30 days from the date of receipt, you must contact Connection's Customer Care Center at 1-888-213-0259. If we are unable to resolve the issue with your Scratch & Dent product, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and refund your purchase price after the item is received back into our warehouse and it is inspected to verify that the product is in the same condition as it was in when it shipped out, including the original HP external/internal packaging, and that the contents (system components) are complete. If the product is returned with cosmetic flaws other than those that were preexisting conditions outlined in the Scratch & Dent description, exhibit additional damage, or the contents are incomplete, a Restocking Fee will Apply.
