This 3-Year Equipment Maintenance Agreement (EMA) provides your covered printer with an upgrade for onsite service. This agreement is offered in addition to the free warranty provided on your unit. It includes coverage for parts and labor, and a Priority Service phone number.
This EMA must be purchased before the expiration of the standard warranty. The contract begins immediately following the expiration of your manufacturer's standard warranty. Consumables, such as the drum unit and toner cartridge for the laser models, and printheads, are not covered by this agreement. The unit must be in working order prior to purchase of this agreement.
