The printer and software allow for quick label set up and no-waste material changeovers. This 300dpi printer prints small fonts with precision and requires no calibration and no heat and speed setting adjustments. It provides 20-second material changeovers at 0.20" – 4" label widths and pauses, resumes and stores print jobs in an adjustable queue with overwrite protection. The i5300 also features a 7" color touchscreen and built-in auto cutter and 1-click label part recognition and setup with Brady Workstation Safety and Facility ID Software Suite.

The high-speed, omnidirectional V4500 Barcode Scanner's proprietary Cortex Decoder technology allows the scanner to easily read tiny barcodes as well as shiny and hard-to-read surfaces. Its automated keyboard device and dynamic user interface lets you go from setup to first scan in seconds. It lasts a full shift with over 75,000 scans.
