This is designed to extend Ethernet data transmitting/receiving while providing power to your Power Device (PD, such as IP Camera or Wireless Range Extender) via PoE (Power over Ethernet) standard without external power adaptors. It can detect if the device connected to it complies with PoE and PoE+ standards automatically, or you can turn the PoE function ON/OFF manually via a switch located on the outer casing. It supports 10/100M transmitting rate, and can extend both data transmitting/receiving and power up to 100M (328ft).
