Notice of Certain Terms for Mimecast

(Connection – Mandatory Pass-Through Notice)

Your purchase of Mimecast cloud services is governed by the Mimecast General Terms and Conditions (available at Welcome to the Mimecast Contracts Site | Mimecast), together with Connection’s quote or order confirmation and any additional Mimecast service documentation. In the event of any inconsistency, the Mimecast General Terms and Conditions shall govern.

Subscription Term and Billing

• Subscriptions are typically offered for 1-year or 3-year initial terms, billed annually.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for successive terms equal to the initial term and are non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless timely written notice of non-renewal is provided in accordance with the Mimecast General Terms and Conditions.
• If you ask Connection to submit a non-renewal on your behalf, you must provide notice to Connection at least thirty (30) days before Mimecast’s notice deadline to allow for processing. Any notice of non-renewal must be in writing, signed by an authorized representative of Customer, and delivered by email to both your designated Connection account manager and legal@connection.com within the timeframe stated above.
• You remain responsible for all fees for products or services that Mimecast does not permit to be cancelled or refunded. Returns or cancellations are permitted only if Mimecast agrees to accept them, releases Connection from its payment obligation, and refunds Connection for any amounts paid on your behalf. If Mimecast does not allow a return or cancellation, you remain responsible for all charges under the order.

Subscription Changes. Reductions to products or quantities are generally not permitted during the subscription term and typically may only be made at renewal.

Data Retrieval. Upon termination, you may retrieve your data in accordance with Mimecast policies. Additional charges may apply.
