Purpose

At Connection, we recognize the importance of protecting the environment and responsibly managing the environmental impacts associated with our operations and value chain. As a technology solutions provider, we are committed to conducting business responsibly, complying with applicable environmental requirements, and continually improving our environmental performance.

Scope

This policy applies to Connection and its subsidiaries and provides a framework for managing our environmental impacts and advancing our environmental objectives.

• Measure environmental performance and establish objectives and targets that support continuous improvement.
• Use energy, water, materials, and other natural resources responsibly and efficiently.
• Reduce waste through prevention, reuse, recycling, responsible asset disposition, and circular economy practices where feasible.
• Consider environmental factors in relevant operational, purchasing, and business decisions.
• Support products and services that promote energy efficiency, product longevity, resource efficiency, and responsible end-of-life management.
• Encourage employees, suppliers, manufacturers, and other business partners to support responsible environmental practices.

Climate and Greenhouse Gas Emissions

Connection is committed to measuring and managing greenhouse gas emissions associated with our operations and, where appropriate and practicable, working to reduce emissions within our operations and value chain.

We have established near-term greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and relevant Scope 3 emissions categories, informed by recognized climate-science frameworks. These targets provide a framework for guiding our emissions reduction efforts.

We will pursue our targets by:

• Improving energy and operational efficiency.
• Evaluating renewable electricity and lower-carbon solutions.
• Identifying practical opportunities to reduce emissions from our operations.
• Engaging suppliers and business partners on environmental performance and value chain emissions.
• Measuring and periodically reporting progress toward our targets.

The nature, timing, and extent of these efforts may depend on business conditions, technological availability, economic feasibility, regulatory developments, and other relevant considerations.

Governance and Accountability

Connection integrates environmental considerations into relevant business planning, operational processes, and sustainability governance activities.

Leadership provides oversight and support for environmental initiatives. Employees are expected to comply with this policy and contribute to our environmental objectives through responsible business practices and decision-making.

Environmental performance, risks, opportunities, objectives, and progress will be reviewed periodically to support accountability, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Transparency and Review

Connection may disclose, as appropriate, information regarding its environmental performance, greenhouse gas emissions, initiatives, and progress toward established objectives and targets through applicable reporting and stakeholder communications.

This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as needed to reflect changes in our business, environmental objectives, applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and other relevant circumstances.
