Terms and Conditions

Official Rules:

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. To enter, simply log onto www.connection.com/promotions/giveaway/open-box and look for the “Enter to Win” button.
  2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. This Sweepstakes will commence 9:00 a.m. on September 23, 2019, Eastern Standard Time (EST), and end 5:00 p.m. on October 4, 2019. There will be one drawing as follows:
    • Wednesday October 9, 2019 at 3:00 pm EST
  3. ELIGIBILITY. To enter you must be a lawful resident of the United States, as limited by the provisions in Section 9. See RESTRICTIONS below.
  4. OPEN TO BUSINESS AND INDIVIDUALS BUT NOT GOVERNMENT. Government agencies and Government employees are not eligible to enter. Government employees entering from their home computer or device and planning to use the prize only at home for personal use are allowed to enter under those conditions.
  5. HOW TO ENTER. (a) After you click the “Enter to Win” button you will be asked to enter certain information including your first and last name, the name of your Company, and your office email address. You must enter all of the information requested to enter the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes you indicate your agreement and the agreement of your Company with the Rules of this Sweepstakes and that you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
  6. WINNER SELECTION. The winner will be drawn by random computer-generated selection from the entire list of entries. The drawing will take place as set forth in Section 2. The winner will be announced within 24 hours of the drawing by posting of the winner on Connection’s website at www.connection.com/promotions/giveaway/open-box. The winner will also be notified by email at the email address provided on the entry. The winner agrees that Connection may list winner as a winner on its website at www.connecton.com/promotions/giveaway/open-box.
  7. ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
  8. PRIZE. The Prize consists of the following:
    1. One (1) Printer: HP OfficeJet Pro All-in-One Printer with “open box” retail value of $279.99.
    2. Four (4) Ink Cartridges: 1 Cyan, 1 Magenta, 1 Yellow, and 1 Black with retail value of $101.96.
    3. Total value of the drawing is $381.95.
    4. Note that these products are “open box” and may not be covered by the manufacturer’s limited end user warranty normally available to a purchase of this product if new
  9. RESTRICTIONS. Offer valid in the United States only, except NOT in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, or U.S. Territories. Persons entering on behalf of their employers must be at least 18 years of age. Only one winning entry per Company, including any of its subsidiaries. Entries will not be accepted from officers, directors, agents, or employees of Connection or any of its affiliates including PC Connection, Inc., GovConnection, Inc., and More Direct, Inc., or from employees of federal, state, or local government entities. Offer void where prohibited. Prizes are not transferable by winners, and no substitution of products, cash or other prizes will be made.
  10. NO WARRANTIES; NO LIABILITIES. CONNECTION PROVIDES THE PRIZES “AS IS”. CONNECTION AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED UNDER LAW, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ACCEPTING A PRIZE YOU AGREE TO RELEASE CONNECTION AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES FROM LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE USE OF THE PRIZE OR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ACQUIRED WITH THE PRIZE.
  11. USE OF DATA. Your data may be used by Connection in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which may be accessed at www.connection.com. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you will opt-in to receive email or other communications from Connection and the sponsor(s). You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such emails or communications by following the directions in the email or contacting the site. Your opt-out status will not affect your participation or chances to win in the sweepstakes. During the Dates of Sweepstakes listed above, however, you may nevertheless receive emails which are deemed related to the Sweepstakes and related programs.
