This molded Category 5e patch cable can be used to connect workstations to wall outlets or to patch from hubs to distribution panels. StarTech Category 5e patch cables are constructed from 24 AWG, 4-pair UTP wire that is UL certified and meets TIA/EIA 568A industry standards.

The strain relief prevents the cable from being bent at sharp angles at the connector to minimize the stress at the RJ-45 plug termination point. Colored hoods facilitate departmental color coding. StarTech Category 5e patch cables are carefully constructed and tested, to keep the Near End Crosstalk (NEXT) well within acceptable limits.
