Ordering Information
The ION 7000 is a high-end device that can be placed at the data center or at a large remote office. It provides 5 Gbps of throughput at the data center and 1 Gbps of throughput at the branch. The ION 7000 has two controller ports for redundant connectivity to the controller. There are eight RJ-45 interfaces for WAN/LAN and INET. And there are six SFP+ 10Gig interfaces. When used as a branch device, the ION 7000 has two pairs of interfaces that are hardware-coupled for inline fail-to-wire.
