The Honeywell PD45S is a wired label printer designed for on-demand label, tag, and receipt printing in retail, logistics, and light industrial environments. It supports both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing to handle a range of media types including labels, black mark labels, continuous stock, tags, and fanfold supplies, and accepts roll sizes up to 11.4 cm with common core diameters. The printer offers practical operation and integration features such as a 3.5-inch LCD touchscreen for local control, wired connectivity including LAN, USB 2.0, USB 2.0 host, and serial interfaces, an internal power supply with power factor correction, and an integrated print server to simplify network deployment. With a 203 DPI optical resolution, printing speeds up to 250 mm/sec, an ARM processor and 256 MB of memory, the PD45S delivers consistent monochrome label output while supporting multiple printer language emulations for easier integration into existing workflows.
