Configurable with up to 2304 10 Gigabit Ethernet, 576 40 Gigabit Ethernet ports or 128 100 Gigabit Ethernet ports, they provide ample capacity for both access- and aggregation-layer deployments.

The single image incorporates both the Linux kernel and NX-OS, so the switch can be booted through a standard Linux kickstart process
