SMARTnet Onsite Premium support provides customers with software updates and upgrades, registered access to Cisco Connection Online (CCO), advance replacement of hardware, technical support, replacement parts and onsite field engineering services for one year. This Premium contract delivers 24x7, 4-hour onsite service. This means that advance replacement parts, with or without a field engineer (as needed), are delivered within 4 hours of determining that part replacement is required (24 hours a day, 7 days a week.)
