AXIS Extended Warranty plans cover cameras, video encoders, video decoders and physical access control products and are sold in two-year extension blocks for a total warranty period of maximum five years, once added to the one- or three-year warranties that come with AXIS products. Axis or its Return Material Authorization (RMA) partner will replace a defective product under warranty at no cost to the customer. NOTE: an extended warranty needs to be purchased and registered within 6 months from product purchase.
