APC 3-Year Extended Warranty (New and Renewal)

This warranty extends the factory warranty of the unit as defined in the applicable user manual for a period of 3 years. In addition, it adds next business day delivery of replacement parts, modules or unit at no extra shipment charge. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.

The extended warranty must be purchased before the expiration date of the standard factory warranty. If the extended warranty is not purchased before the expiration date of the standard factory warranty, the customer must purchase and cause to be performed one Preventative Maintenance visit in order to active the extended warranty entitlement.

This service does not include on-site service. Customers requiring an APC Authorized Field Service Engineer on-site to repair or replace parts or systems must purchase an On-Site service entitlement for the applicable unit.
