The team's responsibilities include talent management, legal compliance, implementing and evaluating policy, mandating procedure, compensation/benefits administration, and overall guidance related to workforce safety. In addition, the team supports various training programs, employee development, engagement, and coaching. Human Resources is committed to providing employees a comfortable environment conducive to optimal performance.

On top of that, each and every member of the team works incredibly hard to ensure that the employee experience is a positive one. Nothing is more gratifying in the world of Human Resources than a happy employee.

Our team is also very cohesive. We all have our strengths and weaknesses, and by playing off each other's abilities, we create a daily learning experience. We are a fun group that focuses on what we can do to help employees and move the Company forward.
