Updates to Your Login Experience

Partnering with Okta for Advanced Data and Identity Protection

As part of our ongoing commitment to the highest standards for data security and privacy protection, we are excited to announce that we have partnered with Okta, a leading provider in identity management. On Saturday, August 5, 2023 we will implement a new login interface between Okta and Connection websites.

What does this mean for you?

The first time you log in after August 5, your experience will be slightly different. Below are some screenshots to help explain the difference.

BEFORE AUGUST 5:

The icon you click on reads “LOG IN”
Before July 8th Login
When clicking the LOG IN icon, you are currently presented with a small pop-up window where you enter your login credentials.

AFTER AUGUST 5:

The icon you click on reads “SIGN IN”
After July 8th Sign In
You will be taken to a page to enter your login credentials.
After July 8th Login

What do you need to do?

Not a thing! There is no change to your credentials—you simply login per usual. There will just be a slightly different look and feel to the login screen.
