Tripp Lite's BCPRO600 standby UPS system provides surge suppression and long lasting battery support for personal computers, internetworking equipment and other sensitive electronics. The internal UPS circuits support entry level PC systems for up to 45 minutes during power failures and brownouts so that connected equipment can be shutdown without data loss. It offers complete desktop power protection in an attractive gray tower configuration and includes (3) battery supported outlets for computer, monitor and one vital system peripheral, plus (3) additional surge suppression-only outlets for printers and other system accessories not requiring battery support.

A USB port in conjunction with PowerAlert monitoring software and cabling enables a safe, unattended system shutdown. The HID-compliant USB interface enables integration with the built-in power management and auto-shutdown features of Windows and Mac OS X (PowerAlert software is available via free download from Built-in phone/Ethernet line surge suppression protects your modem, fax machine, cordless phone or other peripheral with a standard dialup/DSL phone or RJ-45 data line connection.

The built-in audible alarm and (3) front panel LEDs indicate line power status, battery power status and battery low/replace status. Its 600VA/345 watts of power handling ability supports entry-level PCs, network workstations, point-of-sale equipment, small business phone systems, audio/video equipment and home theater systems. It gives you 5 minutes of battery runtime with a full load of 600VA and 17 minutes with a half load of 300VA. Hot swap battery replacement is supported via a built-in access panel.
