RapidRun is designed to be the standard for in-wall audio/video installations. The RapidRun system empowers you to customize your installation to create your own ideal audio/video solution. Break-away flying leads and wall plates ensure flexible, efficient, high quality connections for all types of equipment.
The DVI-D + 3.5mm passive flying lead is the right complement for the Digital Runner when a wall plate is not required. It is most commonly used when connecting a PC to a monitor or projector. Whether hanging a flat panel TV in a home or installing a commercial digital signage system, a crisp, clean video signal up to 1080p resolution and clear stereo audio will be delivered every time.
When using the Digital Runner at lengths up to 35 feet, a passive flying lead or wall plate will be required on each end. When using the Digital Runner at lengths up to 100 feet, a passive break-away is required only at the source end. Terminate with flying leads (with lengths up to 10 feet), or with wall plates to meet the specific requirements of your installation.
