Peel the paper backing from the adhesive pad on the bottom of the receiver. Then, mount the IR Extender receiver in an inconspicuous place, but make certain that nothing blocks the sensor on the front of the receiver. To control the set-top, press the keys on the remote control while aiming the remote control at the sensor on the receiver. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. If not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, it may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.
